The situation

Javi (fictional name) is a self-employed plumber. He works in customers’ homes, and almost all his work comes from recommendations and Google. His customers are happy, but sending them a link on WhatsApp after the job almost never works: either he forgets or they do.

How he uses it day to day

• When he finishes: once the customer checks that everything works, Javi takes out the card: "would you leave me a review on Google? Just tap your phone here, it helps me a lot". He says it to every customer, the same way, face to face and right then.
• Without NFC: for the few phones without NFC, the dashboard gives him a QR code he can carry on his phone or printed.
• Changing the destination: from the dashboard he can point it to his WhatsApp or his website when he uses it as a business card.

What he checks in the dashboard

With the free dashboard he sees how many times his card has been tapped. He doesn’t need anything else to get started.

What he doesn’t do

He doesn’t offer discounts in exchange for reviews. He shows the card to all his customers equally.
