Does it work with every phone?
With any iPhone from the 7 onwards and any Android with NFC. And for the few phones without NFC, you print a QR sticker from your dashboard with the same link and the same counter.
Do I have to set anything up on my Google profile?
No. In your dashboard you paste the “Ask for reviews” link from your Google profile and, when the plate arrives, you program it by holding it to your phone. You don't need to give us access to your Google account.
Can I put one on every table?
Yes. For the menu, a “View the menu” NFC sticker per table (€14.90) or a menu card (€8.90). For reviews, the 10 cm adhesive plate on its own or in a pack of 5, or the pack of 4 plates with wooden stands. The discount is applied automatically, mixing whatever you like: 10% from 3 units, 20% from 5 and 25% from 20. The dashboard tells you which table generates the most reviews and orders.
Do I have to pay anything every month?
No. The plate, the dashboard, the new-review alert and the monthly report are yours with no fees, forever. Tocky Plus (from €19.90, one-off payment with no automatic renewal) adds the mini-site, the translated menu, ordering from the table (table payment coming soon) and the stamp card.
Is this allowed by Google?
Yes. The plate just shortens the path to your profile. What Google doesn't allow is paying for reviews or filtering out unhappy customers, and the plate does neither.
When will I receive it?
Free shipping from €29 (€3.99 below that), with a tracking number by email. Usually 2-8 business days; to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla it may take a little longer. While it's on its way, you can already set up your dashboard.
