Fisio Norte (fictional name) is a clinic with two physiotherapists. Many patients come for several weeks in a row and end up very happy, but hardly anyone leaves a review. And when someone searches for "physio near me", Google shows clinics with more reviews first.

How they use it day to day

• At discharge: the last day of treatment is the best moment. The physio takes out the card: "it would help us a lot if you left your opinion on Google, whatever it is".
• At reception: the plate sits next to the card terminal for anyone who wants to do it when paying.
• No pressure: it’s offered once and they don’t insist. If the patient would rather not, that’s fine.

Privacy

What they don’t do

They don’t ask for reviews only from patients whose treatment went well, or give anything in return. Every patient has the same plate in front of them.
