One tap at the counter and your customer is on the page to leave you a Google review. Rigid acrylic plate with an NFC chip, L-shaped standing or flat adhesive depending on the design, in black, white or blue. Some designs have English or German text for international customers.
Who it's for and where to put it
- Bars and restaurants: on the bar or next to the till, right where people pay.
- Hair salons, beauty, clinics and physios: at reception, when the appointment is paid.
- Shops: next to the card terminal.
- Hotels and apartments: at reception; some designs show Google and Wi-Fi.
What's included
- 1 acrylic plate (standing or adhesive depending on the design), water-resistant, with a rewritable NFC chip.
- If the design has a factory-printed QR, it's generic: download your own QR from the dashboard (same destination, same counter).
- Free dashboard, no fees: tap counter, change the destination without touching the plate, new-review alert and monthly report.
- Optional: Tocky Plus, from €19.90 per location (one-off payment, no auto-renewal): stats per plate and per person, time-based destination, mini-website and more.
How it works
- Choose the destination. When you buy, we create your free dashboard: there you decide what each unit opens (Google reviews, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, your menu or any link) and change it whenever you like without touching the plate.
- Activate it in 30 seconds. It arrives blank: hold it to your phone and you're done (Android from the website, iPhone with the free NFC Tools app). See the step-by-step guide.
- Your customers tap their phone. No apps needed, works with iPhone (7 and later) and almost every Android with NFC. For phones without NFC, download your QR from the dashboard.
Shipping, guarantee and discounts
Free shipping from €29 (below that, €3.99) anywhere in Spain, tracked, in 2-8 business days. 30-day returns and a 60-day satisfaction guarantee: if you're not happy, we refund you without you having to send it back.
Automatic volume discount, mixing products: 10% from 3 units, 20% from 5 and 25% from 20.
Standing or adhesive?
Standing if it goes on the bar or counter; adhesive if you want it fixed to the till, the wall or the card terminal. Each design's name tells you which.
Can I change what it opens?
Yes, whenever you like from the dashboard: Google reviews today, your Instagram tomorrow. No need to rewrite it.
What if the customer has no NFC?
Download your QR from the dashboard and put it next to the plate: it opens the same destination and adds to the same counter.
Is it allowed to ask for reviews like this?
Yes. The plate simply makes it easier for your customers to leave their opinion, whatever it is, as Google allows. It doesn't filter or reward reviews.
