Terms of sale and use

Who sells. The owner of Tocky. Their identifying details are in the legal notice. Contact: contact form or hola@tocky.es.
Prices. VAT included. The contract is concluded once payment is confirmed. Quantity discounts (10% from 3 units, 20% from 5 and 25% from 20) are applied automatically at checkout, do not stack with each other (the highest one applies) and cannot be combined with other codes unless stated otherwise.
Welcome code. The code BIENVENIDA10 gives 10% off orders from €49 (excluding shipping), once per customer, and cannot be combined with other discounts or offers.
What each plate includes (Free plan). The plate, card or sticker with a rewritable NFC chip, the online dashboard (change the destination whenever you like and see total taps), new-review alerts, the monthly report, the Tocky score and access to the Tocky League and the business finder, with no fees, forever. Plates arrive blank: customers program them with their phone from the dashboard by following the guide.
Tocky Plus. Optional paid service that unlocks extra features on the plates of the location it is purchased for (the price is per location): mini-site, translated menu, ordering from the table, stamp card, scheduled destination, printable kit, export and full stats. It is purchased by the month (1, 3 or 12) with a one-off payment and does not renew automatically. It does not include a free trial period. When it ends, the plate keeps working on the Free plan and the data is kept. As this is a digital service activated at the time of purchase, the customer agrees that it starts immediately and acknowledges that, once activated, they lose the right of withdrawal for that period. From 3 locations a 15% discount applies and from 5 locations 25%, automatically at checkout; chains with 10 or more locations can request a quote.
Sponsored visibility. If in the future we offer to feature listings in the business finder or in the Tocky League, they will always be shown marked as “sponsored” and will not alter the Tocky score or the Tocky League rankings.
Proper use. We may deactivate a plate's link if its destination breaks the law or the rules of the destination platform (for example, paid reviews, filtering out unhappy customers or unlawful content).
Availability and results. We work to keep the dashboard and links running at all times, but we cannot guarantee there will be no occasional interruptions. Results (taps, reviews, followers or sales) depend on each business and are not guaranteed.
60-day satisfaction guarantee. If within 60 days of delivery you're not happy with the plate, write to us with your order number and we'll refund the price of the product. There's no need to send it back.
Legal guarantee. Products come with the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity. If a plate arrives faulty or stops working, we'll send you another one free of charge.
Law and complaints. Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction.
