Returns and guarantee

30 days to return with no explanation needed from the day you receive your order (the legal minimum is 14). Write to us via the contact form with your order number and we'll give you the return address in Spain. The product must be complete and in good condition. The cost of sending it back is paid by you, unless the product is faulty or isn't the one you ordered.

We'll refund the amount, including the original shipping if you paid for it, within 14 days of receiving the product, using the same payment method.

60-day satisfaction guarantee: if within 60 days of delivery you're not happy with the plate, we'll refund the price of the product without you needing to return it. Just write to us.

Faulty product or one that doesn't work: we'll send you another one free of charge or refund your money, whichever you prefer.

Exceptions: plates customized with your logo can only be returned if they are faulty. Tocky Plus is a digital service that starts when you buy it; you can request a refund for full months that haven't started yet.
