Shipping

We ship throughout Spain (mainland, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands) with a tracking number. Shipping is free on orders from €29; below that it costs €3.99. Delivery usually takes 2 to 8 working days; to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla it may take a little longer. In the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla there may be customs procedures or import taxes payable by the recipient.

For now we only sell in Spain. If you're in another country and interested, write to us.

Products ship from our manufacturer's warehouse. If you order several different products, they may arrive in separate packages at no extra cost. We'll email you the tracking number as soon as the package ships.

While you wait you can already log in to your dashboard and get each plate ready: when it arrives, all you have to do is program it with your phone.

If the package doesn't arrive within the stated time or arrives damaged, write to us via the contact form with your order number and we'll sort it out: we'll send you another one or refund your money.
