Apartamentos Brisa (fictional name) has 8 apartments and a reception that’s only open in the morning. Many guests leave early and never get round to sharing their opinion. On top of that, half of them are from abroad.

How they use it day to day

• In each apartment: the plate goes next to the door or beside the TV, with a short message. Guests tap it while packing their suitcase.
• Language: the Google review page opens in the language of the guest’s phone, so it works just as well for a French guest as for a German one.
• Destination: from the dashboard they can point the plates to Google or Tripadvisor, and change it whenever they like without touching the plates.

What they check in the dashboard

With the free dashboard they see total taps. With Tocky Plus they can see each apartment’s taps and, for example, set a different destination depending on the time of day.

What they don’t do

They don’t offer late checkout or gifts in exchange for a review: Google doesn’t allow it. The plate is in every apartment, for every guest.
