The situation

Estudio Lúa (fictional name) is a hair salon with three stylists. Clients leave delighted and say so in front of the mirror, but that satisfaction never reaches Google: by the time they get home, they’ve forgotten.

The best moment to ask for an opinion is right at the end, when the client looks at herself in the mirror. That’s where the card comes in.

How the salon uses it day to day

• At the mirror: when finished, the stylist takes out her card: "would you leave me your opinion on Google? Just tap your phone here". The same with every client. Ten seconds.
• At reception: whoever pays afterwards has the plate right in front of them, next to the card terminal.
• Instagram: from the dashboard the salon can point one of the cards to Instagram for a while to gain followers, and switch back to Google whenever it wants.

What the salon checks in the dashboard

What the salon doesn’t do
