How do I set up my plate?
When you place your order, you'll receive an email saying “Your Tocky account is ready”. Log in to your dashboard, tap Set up plates and choose what each one opens (Google, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, your menu or a link). When it arrives, go to Program and follow the step-by-step guide for Android and iPhone. Thirty seconds per plate.
How do I log in to my dashboard?
With your email and password. The first time, log in with your email and your order number (for example #1001) and create your password. If you can't remember it, you can also log in with the 8-letter code of one of your plates.
My phone won't read it
On iPhone, hold the top of the phone close to it; on Android, the middle of the back. Remove thick or metal cases and hold the plate still for 2 seconds. On Android, check that NFC is turned on. If nothing works, write to us and we'll send you another one free of charge.
What about phones without NFC?
From your dashboard you can print a QR sticker for each plate, with the same destination and the same counter. Stick it next to or over the QR code that comes with the plate from the factory, which is generic and doesn't lead to your profile.
I want to change what it opens
Log in to your dashboard and change the destination (another profile, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, your menu or any link). It's instant and you don't need to reprogram the plate.
Where should I put it?
Wherever the customer already has their phone in hand: next to the card terminal, on the bar, on the mirror, at reception or on each table. What works best is the kit: one at the door, another at the till and a card for each team member (10% off from 3 units).
How much is shipping and when will it arrive?
Free shipping throughout Spain on orders from €29; below that, €3.99. Always with a tracking number. Usually 2-8 working days; to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla it may take a little longer. More about shipping.
What is Tocky Plus?
